01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dk win9 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://dk-win9.net and all associated gaming services, features, promotions, and content offered thereon. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dk win9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Scope of Services

The platform is designed and optimised for players located in Bangladesh and all monetary values are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Amendments to These Terms

dk win9 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual players, except where applicable law requires such notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Where a change is deemed material — for example, a change affecting withdrawal procedures, bonus eligibility, or account closure rights — dk win9 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Failure to receive such notification does not exempt a player from being bound by the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open an account and use the dk win9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dk win9 strictly enforces a minimum age of 18 for all players without exception.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of dk win9, nor an immediate family member or household member of such a person.
• You must not be registered or attempting to register as a self-excluded player on dk win9 or any affiliated platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not have had a previous dk win9 account closed by the platform for violations of these Terms.

Geographic Restrictions

The dk win9 platform is primarily designed for and targeted at players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws. dk win9 does not accept registrations from players based in jurisdictions where operating such services is explicitly prohibited by law, including but not limited to: the United States of America, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Singapore, and any other territory where we have determined that offering gaming services is not permissible. This list may be updated from time to time without notice.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of features on dk win9, including the ability to place bets and make deposits and withdrawals, you are required to create a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid, working email address that you own and control
• Your date of birth (for age verification purposes)
• Your Bangladesh mobile number (for OTP verification and mobile payment linking)
• A secure password of your own choosing

One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the dk win9 platform. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dk win9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or historical winnings earned through the duplicate accounts, and permanently bar the player from re-registering. Bonus balances in any closed duplicate account will be forfeited in full.

Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify dk win9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. dk win9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared login details with a third party.

dk win9 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP sent to your registered mobile number. This feature is available in your account security settings and provides an important additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

dk win9 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any player at any time, and in particular before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in your withdrawal being withheld until verification is complete.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on dk win9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Players are responsible for any bank or mobile operator fees that may be charged by their payment provider in connection with transactions on dk win9.

Accepted Deposit Methods

dk win9 currently accepts the following deposit methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction; deposits are credited instantly to your dk win9 balance.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000; processing time 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on the originating bank.
• Visa & Mastercard: Debit and credit cards — minimum deposit ৳500; processing time 1–5 minutes.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified and previously used for a deposit on your account. dk win9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts held in a name different from the registered player name, or accounts that have not been verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15–30 minutes during support hours (8:00 AM – 2:00 AM BST). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

Anti-Money Laundering

dk win9 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities through its platform. We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account, to request the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal, and to delay or withhold transactions pending investigation where suspicious activity is identified. Any confirmed case of money laundering will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

dk win9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are issued at the absolute discretion of dk win9 and are subject to the terms and conditions associated with each specific offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred to another player or account.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being voided.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bets placed using bonus funds on certain games (such as low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate towards the wagering requirement. The contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only cash winnings generated after the wagering requirement has been met are available for withdrawal.
• dk win9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus rules, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Seasonal & Event Promotions

dk win9 regularly runs time-limited promotions tied to major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers series), cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, Independence Day), and platform milestones. These promotions are announced via the platform and registered players may be notified by email. All such promotions are subject to the same general bonus rules outlined above plus any additional conditions stated in the promotion announcement.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the dk win9 platform, you agree to use the service in a lawful, responsible, and fair manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point while using the platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino games, poker variants, or any other player-versus-player format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or any other technical malfunction of the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Conducting arbitrage betting or bonus abuse strategies designed to guarantee a profit or circumvent the intended purpose of any promotional offer.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, disassemble, or tamper with any element of the dk win9 platform or its underlying software.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials to any third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards dk win9 staff or other players via the live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

dk win9 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account and any associated funds may be temporarily frozen. The outcome of the investigation will be communicated to the player by email and is subject to appeal via the dispute resolution process outlined below.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the dk win9 platform, including but not limited to: the dk win9 name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, images, text, video content, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of dk win9 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dk win9 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any element of the platform or its content without the prior written consent of dk win9.

Game content made available through dk win9 (including slots, live casino titles, and crash games) is licensed from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such games remain the property of the respective studios. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is strictly prohibited.

User-Generated Content

Where the platform permits players to submit feedback, reviews, or other user-generated content, you grant dk win9 a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display such content for platform improvement and marketing purposes. You confirm that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request the closure of their dk win9 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, dk win9 will process any pending withdrawals of available real-money balance before closing the account. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure by dk win9

dk win9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 06 of these Terms
• Used the platform in a manner that is harmful to the interests of dk win9 or other players
• Become the subject of a legal order or regulatory directive requiring account closure

Where an account is closed by dk win9 due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the net balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will have their account suspended immediately upon request, with no cooling-off period and no option to reopen the account for the duration of the exclusion period selected. dk win9 takes self-exclusion requests extremely seriously and will take all reasonable steps to honour them. Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any decision made by dk win9 in connection with your account, betting results, or any other aspect of the service, you should first contact the support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. dk win9 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days. All disputes will be handled fairly and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, the matter shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
